   • Application form accompanied by original deposit slip showing Online Deposit in favor of Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, Lahore, (Habib Bank Limited, Islamic Banking, Expo Center Branch, Lahore Account No. 5039-7000268851) / Pay Order / Demand Draft. for Sr. No. 1 of Rs. 2,000/-, for Sr. No 2 of Rs. 1500, and Sr. No 3 & 4 of Rs. 1000/- in favor of Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design as Application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable).
   • Applications that are incomplete or received late will not be considered.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview.
   • TA/DA will not be permitted for the test/interview.
