NUST Karachi offers fully-funded Scholarships for Masters in Naval Architecture through Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited. The tuition money, entrance fee, security deposit, and hostel fee would be covered by the Karachi shipyard and engineering works. Selected candidates would also receive a monthly stipend of PKR: 25000/-.
After completing the degree, the selected applicants will be required to work for Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works for an additional eight years. It is recommended that interested students take the GAT according to the NUST schedule.
Candidates will submit an application to NUST. NUST will contact candidates who have been shortlisted for an interview at Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited. The selection procedure will be completed by Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works.

- BE in Naval Architectural, Marinel, Mechanical, Mechanical and Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial and Manufacturing from an HEC - recognized university.
- Sixteen years of schooling and or 04 years of education after HSSC / A level in relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 OR 60% marks.
- All interested candidates are to apply online for NUST admission registration.
- The Scholarship will be offered to selected individuals and will cover tuition and admission processing fees. hostel fee and security deposit (if applicable). MS (Naval Architecture) program no-objection with a stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month.
- The individual will be responsible for all other costs. After completing the MS degree, those who receive a scholarship would be obliged to work for Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd for a minimum of 8 years.
- If a selected candidate's performance during the MS program is determined to be poor, the scholarship will be revoked immediately, and the individual will be responsible for any fees and overheads paid as a result of the scholarship.
- The existing employer will not be required to provide a no-objection certificate (NOC) (if already employed).
- The shortlisted candidates will be required to submit their scores, prior to the final interview and selection. The applications should be clearly marked as 'Application for MS Naval Architecture Scholarship.
- Na TA/DA will be admissible.
