Required Qualification

• A master's or higher education degree in Special Education, Educational Planning, M. Ed., or a related field is required. Said in the context of a five-year applicable post-secondary education and n years of special education experience.
• To create a good working relationship with instructors and leaders of institutions, you must have effective writing and interpersonal abilities.
• Pedagogical abilities and the ability to train instructors on how to use effective teaching tactics
• Keep up with new technology, standards, testing, and curriculum.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as research experience in a related field
• Capable of assisting with curriculum creation and design, research, data analysis, evaluation, mentoring, and professional development.
